Its a nice two bedroomed house with own fitted kitchen (installed only just over a year ago). Reasonable well decorated, drive on front of house. New fence and patio in back garden. Have a very large shed in garden (have electricity wired to it) and would be willing to leave if required. Carpeted throughout and also willing to leave along with curtains and nets. Nice area and good neighbours, only reason for moving is house is a little too small for our needs.
