I have a 3 bed, end terrace house in Sudbury in Suffolk. Nice area and all the shops you could need, including a 24 hour Tesco. All the schools nearby and a great bus service and train line.
The house: WC, Hallway, kitchen/diner, lounge at the back of property and a door into the back garden...with shed! Also small front garden. Upstairs has two doubles and one single, Landing, and Bathroom with electric shower over the bath! Needs a lick of paint, but is live-able for a start. New kitchen unit doors and worktop and I am currantly tiling also!
I am a single mum of two and also regular visits from my step-son! I am looking for a new start and cannot afford to over-haul a property so would prefer a place that is in OK condition!
