We have a wonderfully large kitchen/dining room area (only 3 years old), bathroom (new 3 years ago) with shower, lounge and three bedrooms (one double and 2 large single). Huge big cupboard space upstairs and two more big cupboards downstairs! Good size hall way which I have turned into an office area. Double glazing and central heating throughout. We have a nice front garden which is a decent size with shrubs and bushes. The back garden is smaller and low maintenance with shrubs which is a nice private area to relax in, we have a high-rise pond which can be removed if required.
There is off road parking in a communal parking area and you can hire a garage at an extra cost if required which is at the end of the terrace. More pictures are available on request, just cannot fit them all on here.
Horley town is a lovely town of only 132,000 people. Crime figures are well below the national average. We are a slow 10 minute walk to the town, train station and bus stop. We have good links to London and the Coast from here. Gatwick airport is not far away and handy for those holidays, but the planes do not come over our house! Nice area of Horley, not an estate and have lived at this house for 6 years and overall in Horley since 1989. Nice neighbors, friendly and hassle free!! Only reason for moving is we have just got married and want a fresh start.

A SPACE FOR A TABLE AND CHAIRS EITHER IN LARGE KITCHEN, LOUNGE/DINER OR SEPERATE DINING ROOM ANYWHERE IN SOMERSET, DEVON, SOUTH WILTSHIRE - CANNOT LIST ALL THE PLACES I LIKE, SO IF THEY ARE NOT LISTED IN THE WEST COUNTRY PLEASE DO ASK AS IT MAY BE A POSSIBILITY! WILL CONSIDER A MULTI SWAP IF MOVERS ARE SERIOUS!
